Psychometric Systems is a company registered in Romania responsible for developing solutions that address challenges in psychological evaluations. It’s main product is called MindMi System and it is an innovative system based on electrodermal lability capable of creating a full psychological profile in less than 5 minutes

Psychometric Systems SA is a Controller of the personal data you (data subject) provide us. We collect the following types of personal data from you:

• Name
• E-mail
• Online behaviour

3.     Why we need it

We need your personal data in order to provide you with the following services:

• Name – we need this info to communicate to you in a more personal way
• E-mail – we need this info to be able to respond to your enquiries on the Contact Us page (link)
• Online behaviour (optional) – if you consent to our cookies and our partners’ cookies we would like to better understand your preferences related to psychometrics in order to be able to offer you better content and experiences

4.     What we do with it

Your personal data is processed in Psychometric Systems located in Romania. Hosting and storage of your data takes place in Psychometric Systems’ cloud instance in Amazon Web Services in European locations (Ireland, Frankfurt, London, Paris).

Your online behaviour will be stored by Google and you will be able to access it by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/

5.     How long we keep it

We will keep your personal data for one year, if you don’t become our customer. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed.

6.     What are your rights?

Should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted. Please contact us at tudor.galos@psychometricsystems.com .

If you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal data, please contact Data Protection Officer at tudor.galos@psychometricsystems.com . Our Data Protection Officer will then look into your complaint and work with you to resolve the matter.

If you still feel that your personal data has not been handled appropriately according to the law, you can contact Romanian Data Protection Authority at www.dataprotection.ro and file a complaint with them.
